Hibernation Manager is a powerful, simple, and convenient application that enables you to hibernate the Android operating system, allowing you to save battery power. This application can be used to hibernate an Android device for a specified amount of time or to set the system to a power-saving mode permanently, so the device will never wake up again, even if you turn off the screen.
You can choose to block some apps that continuously drain your phone's battery when the screen is off. The background processes of these applications could be updating your status or looking for fresh communications. You may stop these processes and significantly extend battery life by hibernating these apps. Hibernation prevents the apps from running in the background at all, making it more effective than using a task killer or other memory cleaner.
